These teachings can change your life and free you to do and be what God has for you to do and be. You can recover emotionally and spiritually from who or what hurt you regardless of the cause. With God's power through these teachings, you can break through whatever is holding you back to victoriously move on with the life God means for you to live.

You'll find each targeted topic material contains prayer, scripture and things to think and pray about that will guide you on your recovery journey. You can order single topics or multiples for personal study or as a tool used in Christian counseling sessions.

1. Have you asked God to help you do and be what He has for you to do and be in spite of your illness?

2. Have you asked God to strengthen you emotionally and spiritually so you can get through your illness?

3. Are you angry at God for allowing you to be so ill?

4. Did you know it's not a sin to be angry at God?

5. Did you know that forgiveness is about freeing you from harmful thoughts and feelings? Can you ask God to forgive you for your anger?
